1) What is the Price? Each machine has a base list price then you may purchase extra features available for that model. Your local Area Sales Manager can provide you with the current pricing.

2) What about field service? What is the usual response time? We have twenty, highly-trained Field Service Engineers located all over the United States. The response time for a site visit will vary depending on your proximity to the closest FSE. We strive to provide service within a week, but sometimes it may take a few days longer. For immediate assistance, you may either refer to the Knowledge Base and Product Manuals on our website or contact the Technical Service Department via phone (1-800-628-8363) or using the Online Form. Choose "Technical Support" for the "Nature of Business."

3) What terms can I get? Crane Merchandising Systems is pleased to offer a variety of payment options. Options include cash in advance, credit card, net 30 days and various Financing Options. Credit approval is required for net 30 days and financing options.

4) What is the warranty on Parts? Most parts on a new machine carry a 2 year warranty, and parts ordered new After Market have a 90 day warranty. Exceptions to this for specific parts are noted on the purchase related information.

5) What is the warranty on Service? 90 days.

6) Do you have financing available? We are pleased to offer a variety of Financing Options to meet your vending needs. Credit approval is required. Please see our Financial Services page or contact your local Area Sales Manager for further information regarding our financing options and to apply for credit.

7) How long to get a machine? New machines usually ship within 9 business days.

8) Why don't the machines come with the Payment Systems? Each machine has different options for the recyclers / bill validators / coin mechanisms available on that machine. You can choose and purchase the one you want when you order your machine.

9) Do you take Credit Cards? Yes. M/C, Visa, and Discover.
